Accupierce™ is a new system of body piercing
that sets new piercing industry quality standards.
Steve Culverwell and Tracy Perkins, both highly experienced
piercers, are passionate about body piercing and are both
on a mission to create a piercing operation that sets new
standards of quality, hygiene and after-care that they hope,
in time, will be adopted by the rest of the piercing industry.
As a result of this mission, they have created the Accupierce
brand.

Accupierce is a revolutionary new system of body piercing
that uses unique, specially developed patented piercing
tools and that is safer, gentler, more comfortable
and more accurate than traditional methods. Accupierce
tools have been developed by professional body
piercers to minimise discomfort and to facilitate
rapid healing with no adverse side effects.

Steve is arguably the best body piercer in the
country and has been piercing for over 25 years. He has now designed
his own specialist body piercing tools that have, until recently,
been used exclusively by The Piercing Shop. However, the Accupierce
tools have now been patented and the Specialist Surgical Tools Co
has been commissioned to manufacture them, under licence.
There are many traditional piercing tools that
are not sufficiently specialist to give the degree of accuracy demanded
by The Piercing Shop in providing the high quality body piercings
for which the business is now renowned. For instance, it's a fact
that men's nipples are the most painful to pierce. Steve's specialist
machine actually fires the piercing pin which makes the process
a lot less painful than having your piercer push it through. A freezing
spray providing a topical anaesthetic makes the whole process virtually
pain-free.

Tracy
demands the highest standards of hygiene before, during and after
piercing and provides the best after-care advice possible. She is
mad about hygiene and welcomes any customer who wants to inspect
the equipment and clinical areas at any time. She also believes
very strongly that after-care is just as important as the piercing
itself and is frequently horrified by the incorrect advice given
by other piercing businesses, especially on the care of fresh piercings.
She is absolutely confident that the after-care advice from The
Piercing Shop is the best in the business, both for new piercings
and for older piercings.
